Cut your music video on the beat.

Upload the song and every clip you shot. Premier maps the beats and bars, locks each take's own audio to the track so lip-sync survives the edit, splits your footage into shots, and builds a first cut that follows the scene brief you write.

Beat map

Every cut lands on a beat

Tempo, beats, bars and section changes are detected from the audio. Cut density follows the music: a chorus cuts every 2 beats, a quiet verse every 2 bars.

Audio sync

Takes lock to the song

The scratch audio on each clip is matched against the track, then refined to a fraction of a millisecond. A synced cut keeps the performer's mouth on the vocal.

Scene brief

Write what each section needs

"Close-up, warm light, singing" or "wide, crowd, fast". Shots are scored on brightness, colour, motion, face size, your labels and optional AI captions, with the reasons shown.

Big files

Chunked uploads to 30 GB

Footage goes up in 8 MB pieces, three at a time, so 4K camera files of 10 minutes or more are not stopped by proxy size limits. Browser-friendly previews are made for you.

How a cut comes together

  1. 1Create a project and choose 16:9, 9:16, 1:1 or 4:5 at 24 to 60 fps.
  2. 2Upload the song. The beat grid, bars, sections and cut points appear on the timeline.
  3. 3Upload footage. Each clip is split into shots and checked against the song for sync.
  4. 4Describe each section, press Auto-edit, then adjust cuts by hand. Boundaries snap to the beat.
  5. 5Render a fast draft or a full-resolution MP4, or export a CMX 3600 EDL for another editor.
